Volunteer Position

  1. Hospitality Team

Your role is to be aware of the needs of all guests and be able to respond politely through reception, correspondence etc. In order to create a comfortable summit, it is necessary to understand the needs of guests from over the world and respond quickly and carefully. It is an important role that affects the satisfaction of the summit.


Required skill: Native speaker of Japanese, English or Chinese

 

  1. Shooting Team

Photographs and videos will be used to promote the summit during and after the summit, as well as for the next summit. Photographs are transmitted both inside and outside of Japan through media and this position require the photography techniques that attract the attention of many people. You can also participate in interviews with speakers and will giving you valuable experience.

Required skill: Shooting skill, Native speaker of Japanese, English or Chinese

 

  1. Stage Support Team

The main stage is the main venue for the TEAMZ Blockchain Summit, where VIP guests will have discussions throughout the day. The main stage support team keeps track of the stage progress and guides VIP guests to the right place at the right time. This is an important role that determines the progress of the main stage, the face of the Summit. You will also have the opportunity to talk directly with VIP guests.

  1. VIP Support Team

At the TEAMZ Blockchain Summit, VIP guest waiting rooms and conferences are set up that are not accessible with general admission ticket. You need to be aware of the needs of VIP guests and be able to respond politely. You will also have the opportunity to talk directly with VIP guests and deepen your relationship.
